The felted wool Kandinsky vest is available in sizes XS, S, M, and L. Clients can try on a mock up in broadcloth in one or more sizes to determine the correct size. At this time, I can determine minor adjustments that can be made prior to cutting such as shortening or lengthening the hemline, cutting the neckline higher or lower in the back, adjusting the shoulder slope, and determining if the front and/or back armhole need to be eased in for a bit of contour steam shaping.

Prior to commencing work on the garment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price is required. The remaining 50% of the price is required at time of delivery. The vest color and appliqué colors are determined at the time the order is placed and the deposit is made.

If you live close enough for a fitting appointment, then we will meet when the vest appliqués are pinned in place and the vest is pinned together. At this time, appliqué placement is finalized, and the fit of the vest is checked and adjusted if needed. (Only minor fitting adjustments are possible at this time, such as lowering the back neckline, or shortening the length of the vest.)

Any significant changes to the design requested by the client will necessitate recalculation of the cost. (Change request examples include changing any of the appliqué shapes, and substitution of different appliqué colors.) The additional cost over and above the original cost needs to be paid at the time the vest is delivered.

Every effort shall be made to complete the garment and deliver it to the client within 3 weeks of the order date.

If any adjustments are necessary after the garment has been delivered to the client, these will be at additional cost to the client.
